Griesedieck Brothers, Brother Anton & Neinrich Griesedieck, came to St. Louis in 1869. Within eight years they had purchased two breweries and established the A. Griesedieck Brewery Company located on 1882 Shenandoah. The original chromolithograph poster is from the Missouri History Museum Photos & Prints Collection circa 1909.
